Creating custom wedding entertainment with passion and a fresh take on classic experiences.
Peak Season (May-Oct) $300 -$500
Off Season (Nov-April) $200 - $400
I provide and personally set-up all the equipment necessary: wireless microphones and stands needed for your officiant and readers, speakers, mixing board, and back-up equipment/music on deck.
Setting the tone of the most important part of the day is all about timing, preparation, and flexibility. This is a NO do-over event, and soundtracking this moment like a movie is my specialty.
Peak Season (May-Oct) $2000-$3500
Off Season (Nov-April) $1300 - $2800
Each celebration has its own unique vibe and logistics, but the following is always standard: I'm on site from noon to midnight. You can expect me to be set-up early and ready to go. I always provide a wireless mic for the head table, and photographer friendly dance floor lighting. To make planning easy it's all done on a free app for your phone.
The biggest value you get is my time, my energy, my passion, and talent.
If you put your trust in me, I won't let you down! I guarantee my performance 100%.
For any reason that you're unhappy, I won't seek or accept payment. It's In my contract with no small print!
I want your guests to have a wow experience when they see the dance floor and hear the beats!
I put a lot of thought into the performance, reliability, style, and esthetics of the equipment I rely upon. My installation at your event is clean, modern, and in wedding white.

Hi this is Rheo (Ray-O), thank you for taking the time to check me out! I've been specializing in wedding entertainment since 2000. I pride myself in customer service from our first meeting until the last guest leaves. I'm great at keeping your guests informed, monitoring/managing the flow of your timeline (if desired), committed to working as a team with your other vendors, and keeping the dance floor moving.
I'm best for couples that want an emphasis on music and prefer less "hype man" microphone talk. I do polished announcements, but I just keep it minimal. I love having a must-playlist and a do-not playlist, I just want the liberty to play them in the "right" order and mix it what moves the crowd.
Once the formal announcements are done, I let the music do the talking... I'll play the songs you want, avoid the ones you hate, drop bangers, take requests (if it's cool with you), and get some people to fall in love all over again!
I started my DJ career by standing on a chair and playing my dad's records when he was at work. When I started DJing as an adult I thought I was too cool to DJ weddings, but a friend asked me to DJ his brother's, and my perspective changed... It is cool to be a wedding DJ, and after 20+ years of professional experience, I'm not stopping!
In my "regular" life, I spend most of my time with my best friend Clarence. I also enjoy skateboarding, BMX, discovering new music, learning from other professionals, sharing my knowledge, and practicing the Art.
What's covered? I'll answer any and all questions that you have, share my past experiences, and probably ask you some questions that you might not've thought about. After meeting, you'll be able to figure out if I'm the best fit for your day.
Finding a DJ is easy, but "selecting" a DJ needs some care. After your initial consultation with "us"(I would do at least 5) meet the top 3 in-person if possible. Knowing in advance who your DJ will be is key. If the company you're considering can't introduce you to your specific DJ, I wouldn't sign a contract imo. Lastly, it's important to actually "like" your DJ a little bit... We spend the whole day around your friends and family, so find the one you like and have confidence in!
The feedback that I've gotten so far has been great! Everyone loves the progress tracker, the flexibility to make changes throughout the app, and the ability to easily upload songs from their Spotify playlists!
